Terms of Use
Last updated: 31 March 2026
1. Agreement
By accessing and using OrCa Explorer — Organisational and Workforce Capabilities Explorer platform ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
2. Beta Service Notice
OrCa Explorer is currently provided as a beta service.
- Features, data, and functionality may change at any time.
- The Service may contain errors, incomplete information, or experimental outputs.
- Performance, availability, and accuracy are not guaranteed.
Your use of OrCa Explorer during the beta period is entirely at your own risk.
3. Use of AI‑Generated and Derived Data
Some data, insights, and analytics presented within OrCa Explorer are generated or derived using artificial intelligence models. As such:
- AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent.
- They should not be relied upon as authoritative, definitive, or professional advice.
- All information is provided for exploratory, research, workforce planning, and educational purposes only.
In some cases, OrCa uses an asterisk (*) to indicate that a statement has been derived by AI from Skills England apprenticeship standards data that is presented in an older format (i.e., standards that do not yet use duty‑based statements). These AI‑generated interpretations are experimental and may not fully reflect the final or official structure of the standard. Users should treat all asterisk‑marked content as supplementary and indicative, not as a replacement for the official apprenticeship standard documentation.
4. Use of the Service
OrCa Explorer provides access to organisational capability data, occupational profiles, and related analytics. You may use this data for:
- Research
- Workforce planning
- Education and skills development
- Internal organisational insights
Unless otherwise stated, OrCa does not provide legal, financial, or HR advisory services.
5. Account Responsibilities
When using OrCa Explorer:
- You must provide accurate information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- You must not share your login credentials with others.
- You must not access or attempt to access data, systems, or features that you are not authorised to use.
6. Data Licensing
7. Acceptable Use
You must not:
- Use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose
- Attempt to disrupt, degrade, or overload the Service
- Scrape or bulk‑download data in a way that impacts performance

- Attempt to reverse engineer, bypass, or evade security controls
8. Disclaimers
The Service and all data, including AI‑generated content, are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee:
- Accuracy or completeness of data
- Reliability of AI‑generated outputs
- Availability or uninterrupted operation of the Service
- That the Service is error‑free or suitable for any specific purpose
You are solely responsible for how you use the information provided.
